Apollo (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established on March 25, 1969 with the support of Isemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. from Japan to be a sole distributor of lubricants in Thailand under the brand name of "Apollooil", for the automotive market and "Daphne", for the industrial market.
In September 1997, "Apollooil" was changed to be "Idemitsu" in order that all licensed manufacturers and distributors in the world promote the product under the same brand name.
Drawing upon Idemitsu' ninety plus years of experience, technical expertise and resources, Apollo Thailand is able to meet the needs of its customers perfectly. The company is one of the leading lube oil blender plants in Thailand. Today, March 15, 2005, Apollo (Thailand) Co., Ltd. celebrates the inauguration of its new production facility at Amata Industrial Estate, Cholburi
